Affiliate-Scripts Perl Scripts for Affiliate Management, supports pay-per-click and pay-per-sale. GroundBreak This is a really nice program, which doesn't cost too much and which a lot of merchants are using. I've seen a lot of GroundBreak-based affiliate programs and overall I'd say this is extremely flexible and rock-solid. I'm using affiliate networks to run our affiliate programs right now, but if we switch to our own software, this will be the script we switch to. AssocTRAC This is Corey Rudl's affiliate script, and he uses it for his own program, and I've seen it used for a few others. Having spoken to a few merchants using this system, it does seem to be a fairly flexible and solid program, and being one of Corey Rudl's scripts, it comes with a plethora of bonuses, marketing tools and information, etc. (check the site for details as this may change from time to time). At the time of writing, this script is more expensive than the main alternatives - whether it's worth the extra is for you to decide.
